Dr. Martha Garcia serves as the Vice President of the California Association of Latino Community College Trustees and Administrators (CALCCTA), where she leverages her extensive experience in community college administration to enhance leadership and governance across California’s community colleges. She is currently the President and CEO of Mt. San Antonio Community College District, a role in which she has profoundly impacted student access, success, and equity.
Dr. Garcia is known for her transformative leadership style, characterized by a commitment to inclusivity and community engagement. At Mt.
